Ingredients
  • 1head broccoli
  • 2Tbsp olive oil
  • 2tsp seasoningI use Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning, if you are gluten free, make sure your blend is gluten free
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Clean and divide broccoli florets. Peel and slice broccoli stems.
  3. Place broccoli in a bowl and add olive oil and seasoning. Toss well.
  4. Place seasoned broccoli evenly on a parchment paper or silicone mat covered baking sheet.
  5. Roast broccoli until it is bright green and it’s edges are lightly browned, about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve immediately.
