Cranberry Salad with Blue Cheese

Ingredients
- 6-8cups lettucespring mix
- 1 pearcored, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 applecored and diced
- 1cup cranberriesdried
- 1cup pecanschopped
- 1/2cup blue cheesecrumbled, if desired. Omit if dairy free
Instructions
- Arrange spring mix in a large shallow bowl.
- Slice pears in half and then make thin slices out of the halves.
- Arrange pears in the bowl.
- Mix cranberries, apples and pecans in a separate bowl and then sprinkle in the middle of the bowl.
- If desired, top with crumbled blue cheese.
